If you are the parent of a Spanish minor
If your child is Spanish or an EU citizen, you can take this route. If your case is that you do not live with the child, you must prove that you fulfill your parental responsibilities, in addition to other requirements.
If you are the child of an EU citizen
As long as your mother or father is Spanish by birth (whether because they were born in Spain or because they obtained their nationality through the Historical Memory Law), you can apply for this family-based arraigo.

Si tu hijo es español o comunitario de la UE podrás tomar esta vía. Si tu caso es que no convives con el menor deberás demostrar que cumples con tus obligaciones paternofiliales ademas de otros requisitos.
Si eres hijo de un ciudadano comunitario
Siempre que tu madre o padre sea español de origen (sea por que nacieron en España o porque obtuvieron su nacionalidad por la ley de la memoria histórica) podrás tramitar este arraigo familiar
