Completed and signed social arraigo application form by the applicant

Passport
Complete copy of the passport, including blank pages, with a minimum validity of 4 months

Stay
Documents proving the 3-year stay in Spain, starting with the passport and its stamps

Criminal record
Issued and apostilled by the authorities of the country where you have lived during the last 5 years before entering Spain

Connections

Social arraigo requirements if your employer is a company
Copy of the company’s NIF (Tax Identification Number) and deed of incorporation
- Proof of the company’s solvency with: IRPF (income tax), VAT declaration, or corporate tax statement
- VILE affiliation form
Social arraigo requirements if your employer is an individual or self-employed
- Copy of the DNI or TIE
- Signed employment contract
- Income tax declaration of the person who hires us
- Registration certificate (empadronamiento) of the employer
- Self-employed registration of the employer
- Certificates of being up to date with the tax office, social security, and VAT
- Model 100 of the IRPF (Income Tax) for the last two years

Social Arraigo Requirements with Own Financial Means
- Documents proving financial solvency and sufficiency for your maintenance during the residence period
- If there is a family link responsible for you and your expenses, documentation proving the relationship
Social Arraigo Requirements for Starting a Business
- Business project endorsed by one of the authorized entities for this purpose
- Documents certifying that you have the required training for the specific development of that business
- Proof of having sufficient financial means to develop the project
- Proof of the business’s projected income to support both the business and your personal maintenance, or in other words, demonstrating that the business is capable of sustaining both itself and you
